Experience and Beyond 2027: GenAI in High-Stakes Public Systems

Proudly sponsored by Mondai, House of AI.

GenAI is impacting our lives in high-stakes systems, such as healthcare, safety and in government. How can we inform our designs and our design processes to get these high-stakes solutions right?

Join us on Friday, 22 January 2027, on this day full of inspiration, talks & discussions with Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and User Experience (UX) professionals as we bring together academia, industry and government.

This event aims to foster knowledge sharing and networking among HCI scholars and UX professionals in the Netherlands.

This event will be held at Mondai from 10:00 to 16:30, followed by an optional conference dinner.
